The role
  
The role is a proactive, operational support role with emphasis on effective and timely delivery of service. You will learn and take on various roles to support business processes from beginning to end.  This is an exciting role for an individual to grow and learn as part of a market leading team.
  
Key responsibilities include:
  • Client due diligence
  • Effective communication with Clients, Underwriters, team members and internal departments
  • Assisting with invoicing and payments
  • Develop strong relationships with markets
  • Accurate and timely preparation of internal and external documents
  • General administrative duties
The ideal candidate
  • Up to a year’s experience in an office role
  • Degree educated
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Self-motivated and pro active
  • Interested in starting a career in the Insurance industry

The role
 
The role is for a Junior Associate to join the Head of M&A claims. You will provide support and learn from the Head of Claims. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart their career in Insurance.
 
Key Responsibilities include
  • Assisting with reviewing and responding to incoming enquiries from clients, insurers and third parties
  • Negotiating with markets to achieve the best outcome for the client
  • Developing strong relationships with markets
  • Completing accurate claims administration tasks internally
  • Recording key claims statistics, compiling statistical reports and communicating claim trends and developments
  • Preparing and assisting with preparation of marketing documents 
The ideal candidate
  • Up to a year’s experience in a claim’s role
  • Degree educated
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Interested in starting a career in the Insurance industry
