Through her time in the industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and a deep understanding of the differentiating factors across the hiring process.

Ashley is responsible for leading and delivering on Angove Partners Corporate Finance mandates, partnering with investment banks, advisory boutiques and professional services firms to support their growth. The role sits within the DACH Private Equity team, where you will be responsible for delivering projects to clients, building relationships and working closely with senior colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

- Learning the team's processes for the first 2-4 months by recruiting new senior industry experts to grow the firms network

- Once successfully certified on recruiting, executing projects for clients

- Leveraging the firms network to match experts with clients, based on the clients needs

- Salary - £35,000 to £38,000

My client, a corporate advisory boutique with a focus on M&A and Capital raising across the TMT sector, are looking to hire an Analyst into their growing London team. 

The role provides an opportunity to work with closely with partner level sector specialists with exposure to the full lifecycle of processes across buy-side, sell-side and capital raising.

Candidate expectations
  • 18-24 months experience in a full time M&A role
  • Previous experience in a bulge bracket investment bank, Big 4 or top tier corporate finance boutique
  • Demonstrable experience at having worked on several Capital Raises and/or M&A transactions from engagement to completion
  • Base salary up to £55,000 
  • Discretionary bonus up to 100% of base
  • Opportunity for promotion after 1 year
